may sell 3 X 5 vinyl signs to raise funds for their team.
Sign price is $200. Selling team will receive $100
Signs may have 3 to 4 lines of text and a company logo. If the purchaser wants a logo, please attach to form. On the lines below, write the information to appear on sign and indicate location of logo.
The sign will hang on
the designated outfield fence until November 1, 2013. On that date the signs
will be removed. If the purchaser or teams wish to keep the sign, please
indicate that by checking the box below
IMPORTANT UPCOMING DATES

- Walk- in registration August 10, 17, 24 from 10AM- 3PM
