Fayette County Requirements for Managers, Coaches & Volunteers
All Managers will be Doyle certified before allowed to manage, freeze, or put together a team, to draft for players, or schedule practice times or fields.

All Managers, Coaches, and anyone helping on the playing field will have to complete a County Background check through the Marshal’s Office before entering the playing facilities.

Important dates for coaches:

The mandatory Doyle Coaches Clinic for the spring 2008 season will be held on Saturday January 30.  See the form below:

• Sunday January 31 at 2:00 - Mandatory Coaches Meeting inside the Kiwanis Field House.  At least one coach from every team must be at this  meeting.  You will receive important information about the league and you will turn in your final team information for insurance purposes.  This information as well as proof of Doyle certification must be completed before your team will be allowed to practice.
• Week of February 4 - Practices start if all of the above requirements have been met.
• February 11 - Team Mom Meeting for Pre T, T Ball and 7/8 @ 7:00 in the Power House.  Each team must have a team mom at this meeting.  Please bring an accurate roster with email addresses for each player.
• February 11 - Team Mom Meeting for 9/10, 11/12, 13/14 @ 7:00 in the Power House.  Each team must have a team mom at this meeting.  Please bring an accurate roster with email addresses for each player.
• Friday March 12 - Mandatory work night starting at 6:00.  At least two parents from each team must attend.  At the end of the work night game balls and scorebooks will be given out.
• Saturday March 13 - Opening Day
• May 15 - Closing weekend
